Send an email to info@widok.com.au and briefly explain whether you would like to return or exchange your glasses*. Please include a proof of purchase with your email.
Our Returns team will give you our return mailing address - neatly package the glasses the same way you received them and please ensure the frames aren’t damaged or the lenses are scratched. Next post them via a tracked postage service**. Keep the receipt and send the tracking number to our Returns team so we know when to expect your parcel.
Once the glasses arrive at our headquarters we will inspect them and proceed accordingly. Refunds or exchanges will not be processed for damaged glasses.
Please note that we need to receive your return within 30 days of purchase - allow ample time for return postage. Glasses received after 30 days may incur a processing fee of $10 AUD.
